By 1/15 Update the Charge Roster on MyTDX From the Charge homepage, click "Year, Term, Service Fees" in the red box labeled pending invoices. From the "Verify Membership Roster" page, you can approve or change a member's status Your status options are Active, Active Away (Studying Abroad), & Alumni. For a detailed status explanation, find the Theta Delta Chi Membership Status Reference Sheet PDF on mytdx.org/files Once the roster is accurate, meaning all members are listed and all status changes are added, click "generate invoice." This generates the roster and invoice. If an invoice has an error, it can be voided and recreated.
