Recognizing that one of the principles of Theta Delta Chi is to "endeavor to improve and reform," the Central Fraternity Office (CFO) is asking for your feedback. In an effort to better future Preamble Institutes, we need to know how our programming is impacting you. Your responses will help the CFO provide better services, and inform the development and delivery of Pi.
